Returns & Refund Policy

Your Right to Return

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason. We extend this to 30 days to give you extra peace of mind.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been installed or show signs of use.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page within your return window, quoting your order number. We'll provide return instructions within 1 business day.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
